When connecting to Elluminate, make sure you are using a wired Internet connection. Elluminate requires a stable, higher-bandwidth connection that wireless is rarely capable of supplying.

Two important points to consider regarding slides for presentation:
- select "Follow Moderator" box to the right of the pull down menu for whiteboard content; otherwise, participants will not move with you through the slides
- if you want to disable save-print function in the recording be sure to protect whiteboard content
