12:00 a.m. on Thurs., 12/ 20/07 - 11:59 p.m. on Fri., 12/21/07
for database and Blackboard upgrades.
- Empty Blackboard course sites created: 12/3/07
Once your empty course site is created, you can copy course content you would like to recycle from previous semesters. Learn how to copy your course materials.
- Fall 2007 Grades due: 12/19/07 at 12 p.m.
Students often look for their grades in Blackboard rather than Banner. The planned downtime of the server will not allow students to use Blackboard to view their grades via Blackboard during these two days. Students should use the Banner self-service reporting system to view their fall semester grades.
- Blackboard down: 2 full days, 12/20/07 - 12/21/07
- Students enrolled in courses: Wed., 1/2/08
- Spring 2008 classes start: Mon., 1/14/07
- Course sites available to students: Mon., 1/14/07
Spring 2008 course sites will be made available to students on the first day of classes. As always, instructors may make course sites available earlier. Instructors not teaching an online class can make the site unavailable to students.
